Graphtec Cutting Pro FC4100-75 Letters aren't closing!

Does anyone know what to do if the Graphtec starts cutting really shabby?
None of my letters are closing, a small part of everything is left open..
Which is making it almost impossible to weed?
Any suggestions?

Check the following:

OFFSET - 45 degree blade should be 0.025
Blade Protection Strip - if grooved, replace
Blade Holder - Does the blade rotate freely? if not, replace

-To much blade length
- wrong blade selected o the cutting cond.
- blade holder needs to be replaced,(I hope this is not the original blade holder)

I sold mine due to this , I went though and changed a lot of parts , blade holder , blades . Teflon strip . also tired every config setting you can imagine .. I battled with it for a year .. never got it working right .
