graphtec eye help!!!

I turned on my plotter today its an older 54" not sure of the model im out today but when i load media and hit 1 for getting width and starting point it just keeps feeding the media out the back instead of stopping with an inch or so left any ideas

Without knowing the model, it just sounds like maybe the front or rear set got changed. I think if you hit enter after you pull lever it will switch front or back. I could be wrong but I would just check that.

i figured it out i moved the plotter 2ft over and it stopped working , there was a light shining in the eye in the new location causing it not to read turned off the light and works
