Does anyone have a Graphtec FC4210-60 PLOTTER.

This plotter has a cutting and a creasing pen.
I am finding it difficult to have it recognise the registration marks printed from illustrator CS2 despite the fact that I installed the Cutting Master 2 that I downloaded from Graphtec.
In the manual provided there are a few number of pages for various settings to set the plotter to recognise different types of registration marks. I did have a go at it but all in vane.
As a matter of fact I have the Craft Robo which too is from graphtec, and the simplicity of the software is so straight forward, I always wondered why it is not the same with other plotters from Graphtec.

    Any Ideas.
