Graphtec FC 5100 and Flexi not playing together. Question

Hello,
When send work to FC5100 Graphtic, from Flexi it only cuts real small letters and numbers maybe serial numbers, too small to read. along the outer edge and nothing else.
The cutter works just fine with Corel Draw thru Cut master 2.
What am I missing.?

maybe check the HPGL or GPGL setting?

Defienetly a communication error. It's usually like the previous person mentioned a language issue. Sometimes it may just be a buffer overload and it doens't know what to do. Easiest way is a reset and change the language back to your normal.
