Graphtec FC-7000 and Windows 7 issue

I cannot get my computer to "see" my graphtec. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. I have downloaded the drivers from graphtec's website and its still doesn't see my cutter.

I'm using flexi, and it just tells me "cannot open port"

Anyone have a driver that works or a workaround?

Figured it out. I had a belkin usb hub plugged in and it was somehow interfering with my graphtec. Weird.
