Graphtec FC 7000 Cutting Problem

My cutter seems to step-cut around my "O" & "C" and any round cut rather than a smooth rounded cut. I installed NEW Blade Holder and Blade. Running Signlab. I can't seem to find out what is causing this problem. Thanks for your help.

What settings do you have saved in the plotter?

Tool, Offset, Speed, Force, Quality

How do you reset the plotter? Will I lose settings?

I have the same issue as well! But I run Flexi.... I too just installed a new blade
