Hello,
I have a Graphtec FC4100-75 connected to an XP machine via Serial to USB. The Graphtec machine randomly stop working a couple days ago. The computer sees the machine because if I unplug the USB, the device goes grey.
I've powercycled both the Graphtec machine and computer
I've assigned a new USB port to the machine
I found that error 1 may be related to a language setting from HPGL. I restarted the Graphtec machine, selected roll 1 and pressed Paused. Other forums have suggested that pressing pause will take you to a menu. This does not happen for me, I press pause and nothing happens.
Any thoughts?
