Graphtec FC4100-75

Hope all is well with everyone.
I have a Graphtec FC4100-75 that is cutting a little weird.
I've checked the knife housing for vinyl that may be obstructing the knife.
As you can see in the photos the knife isn't cutting straight.
I've replaced the Cutting Strip and the belt seems tight.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update

When I push in on the cutter head it moves a little.
none of my other plotters move like that. could be the problem.
Anyone know a fix for that?

There should be literally no play in the carriage position. I would suggest that you try to get with Graphtec to see if they have a procedure for tightening the carriage to the beam. It is a very old model (10+ years), so it may be difficult to get help for this.

Take off top cover there are two roller on the rail they can be adjusted with the screws tight but roll freely about 1 rch off clearance
