Graphtec FC5100 Looking for information to contour cut

I am new to operating my companies graphtec FC5100. I was looking at the manual and saw that the machine has the ability to read registration marks and cut contour. I would like to know if anyone has information that can give me a head start in trying to figure this out. I need to know what marks the machine reads and what type of cut line the file needs and also any other information that would help

I use it off of Flexisign 8.6 pro and usually cut from .eps files. Please let me know if there is anymore information I can provide

I might be wrong but I think this has more to do with Flexi's requirement than Graphtec's.
I set registration marks in Illy from Graphtec's CuttingMaster plug in. My, rip prints the file and I load it back in my FC7000, line up the knife with the first reg mark and cut via Cutting Master.
Check your Flexi manual an see what you need to print as your cutting via Flexi. I'm sure that they have plotter specific instructions somewhere.
