I recently transferred to this location & we have a FC7000.
I have never operated one before this (we had a Roland) & really don't know where to start as far as calibration, etc. Our dealer quoted me an astronomical number just to come "look at it".
Is there anyone in the Cincinnati/NKY area that could possibly come by one day & make it happy again?
I am experiencing a few problems with cutting being off, not reading registration, etc - but I really am not familiar with the machine & assume a lot of the errors are operator errors. I can run as we are now, but I'm sure that it's slowing production down versus not doing my "work-arounds".
