Graphtec FC8000 160cm error E01019

I have a Graphtec FC8000 160cm
When I am starting it up now it detects the position of the rollers. but as the head is going back to start position it makes noise
like it is worn out it the head shakes and makes a little nudging noise and then stops..... and error E01019 comes on the screen.

I have a 20 sec video of It don know If I can post it here ?

Ideas ?
