I have a brand new Graphtec Cutter. I installed the software.
I sent a file to be cut and get message displayed on the screen.

Was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out.

Is your software sending HPGL or GPGL? Is your plotter set to receive HPGL or GPGL? I won't tell you how to check those things, I'll leave it as a voyage of discovery and an opportunity for you to learn.

I too had the same problem with my FC 7000..... Called Graphtec and the Tech told me I needed to buy a new printer.... He Snickered....

In your setup menu you need to change the setting from what it is now to the other choice..... HPGL or GPGL

And it is a good chance to learn about your unit....
