Graphtec not cutting precisely

Hi
My Graphtec 5000-40-CRP plotter isnt cutting precisely. How come?
I have tryed other blades, blade holders, springs, offsets, made sure carriage isnt lose, reset factury settings, used cutting master 2/3, have newest firmware and more. Let me know, if there is anything you need from me, to solve this neverending problem :)

1. http://i.cubeupload.com/vpSJZu.jpg New cutting strip.

2. http://i.cubeupload.com/PdOHgw.png It's a little difficult to see, but the corners on the square is doing the same thing as in #3. This is the perfect amount the blade is sticking out. If i do it any less, i wont be able to remove the testcut, without having issues

3. http://i.imgur.com/L4PsgPA.png?1 "times new roman" text cut on the left and peeled on the right.

4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ya_n22H-BOw At times it will start making a sound while its bouncing quickly to the left and right. When i move the head with the arrows, it stops right away. The carriage is nice and snug/not moving anywhere.

5. http://i.cubeupload.com/QYwZiy.jpg Just cut this out of another picture to show, where the head is locked in on the carriage.

So what is the problem?

The times new roman letter example has the same image on the left as the right.

Thanks for the quick reply.
That it isn't cutting precisely :) If you look in the 3. on the "O" letter right side, you will see that it's not completing the letters precisely. and yes, its the exact same image, but the right is peeled(removed the unnecessary vinyl.). Put in both images to make sure, that you guys could see exacly what is going on.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the standard fix for cutting problems of the sort shown in the 'o' in the 'to' and on the triangle is to remove the dust cover on the carriage and blow all the dust out of it. Pay particular attention to the blade up/down mechanism and the blade holder. All it takes is a microscopic bit of contamination in these areas to produce results similar to your own. Then make certain that the little bearings inside the blade holder are properly lubricated. A tiny bit of silicone grease on the tip of a toothpick will do the job.

Anytime your plotter acts up in this manner, the dust blow-out, blade holder lube, and perhaps a blade change should be the very first things you do. It will usually clear up 99% of these problems.

I've seen issues like that when a machine is set to cut as fast as possible and the media will stretch from the drastic moves the plotter makes at it's highest speed,... maybe slowing it down some might possibly help,....

@bob
Its okay, im just happy to get some tips.
I have now cleared everything in the carriage and in the head. I have lubricated it and i also tryed with another blade+spin. The testcut seems to have gotten better, but it still is a little sticky in the bottom right corner of the square. When i do "times new roman" test again, it still has many problem. Might it be the start/end point it is wrong with and what can i try next?

@round man
I have been running with speed: 10 for a while now, so i can test.

Media bunching will cause that for a perfect cut the media must be flat across the bed. Apart from the cleaning and lubrication the cutting strip must be clean and smooth a touch of polish helps the media slide whilst the knife pressure is on it

@Wolly
It is flat. I have tryed many different vinyls and papers. The outcome is the same every time. I even got a new protectionstrip a couble of days ago to test if that made any difference.

The carriage was loose a while back, so im not sure if it has got a bump, so it has become lose. I screwed it up, so it was nice and snug, but maybe something else happened/broke? can the belt be lose and give these results? the 4. youtube video isnt normal i would say, but i dont know?
