Need Help Graphtec [Plotter help

Hi, it's been a long while since I visited this site.. Just thought someone here might give me some insight to a problem I am having with my Graphec CE 2000 - 60 plotter. While Cutting a 10 ft. pc and at about the 7-8ft. line the plotter prompt light comes on and stops cutting...and advances the vinyl...i know my machine is old but been running very well...

just purchased The Create Space software. When I send design from matte to cutter the size is not the same. What should be a yards sign size 22 inches is 6 or 7" wide...Any suggestions to get them together??

1. For serial connected cutter the handShake needs to setup correctly (HardWire) to avoid memory overflow. It could cause unfinished jobs.
2. There is a STEP SIZE setting in the cutter. You need to set the same in your cutting software.
0.025 mm/step = 1016 steps/inch
