I went to load my Graphtec FC4100-75 plotter and I heard a "snap, bang" sound and a screw fell on the floor. Not a good sound! My media hold down lever came loose. I replaced the screw but the lever is not functioning correctly as it is not raising and lowering the hold down rollers. Is there a tutorial somewhere that addresses this issue? I've looked through 13 pages of You Tube, but nothing there, tried calling Graphtec and apparently the office is not open. Any help would be appreciated as I'm dead in the water. Thanks!
