I've read about an issue with the SignWarehouse Q100 which I think is the same as the Graphtec 7000mk2 where the rear sensor would have issues causing the plotter to stop mid cut. I found a thread here from 2005 talking about an update to allow a continue when the error happened and that upgrade is part of the Graphtec manual.. My SW version however, does not have this in the firmware.. anyone know if I can apply the graphtec firmware to my signwarehouse branded q100?
