Graphtec Tech Support A+ from me

I've been struggling with contour cutting on my Graphtec until today. I called Graphtec's tech support and the guy I spoke with was awesome. He walked me through the process from start to finish, didn't rush me and made sure I knew how to get it all set up again.
I'm designing in Illustrator CS2, using Mac OS X, printing on an HP 5000ps and cutting with Graphtec's Cutting Master 2 on a Graphtec FC7000-160.
It is such a great feeling when a company is able to support their product and make sure it does what it is supposed to do.
This may be old news to other Graphtec owners but I am really impressed.

I just purchased my second Graphtec. The First Graphtec is still going strong. I've only needed tech support twice and they were great! The problems were operator error.
