Welcome from Yankee land.
I visited Nashville last summer, my first time in the state and absolutley loved it.
I'm dying to go back and see a show at the Ryman.

I actually have quite a few friends down your way...Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Thompson Station. I did some lettering work years ago on some of the country star's tour buses for a company in Gallatin. If I didn't like the mountains so well down there's where I would be. Not sure what part of South West VA you are from but we used to go up that way quite often...did some work for Family Dollar up there in Big Stone Gap and Coeburn. Thanks for the welcome.

It's a nice place to visit, but I was born and raised in the big city (Plano, TX; 17 miles NE of Dallas), so I feel more at home in town then out in the woods and in the hills.

It is pretty up that way though.
