Hi

I have been playing on and off with sign writing for the last two years or so. I have a creative pcut which works when it wants to, certainly not when I want it to. I only bought it to make stickers for my Rc Cars, but after doing a couple of friends vans I am looking to explore a bit more into what I can do.
My Cutter came with WinPCSign letter 2005. I read somewhere that you can import vectorised images (I don't really know what they are) from Corel and Illustrator. I have had a go but I can't figure it out, so if anyone knows of any hints and tips that would be great as so far I have not got further than cutting standard fonts.

I have Corel Draw 9, which has Corel Trace 9 in it.

Many thanks

Matt

Simplified vectors are cutable , pics are not.
Google is your best friend
Design in Corel and save as AI-Adobe Illustrator. You can import to WinPCSign click file, import, .ai.

Wow, I have never had that many welcomes from a forum before.

I managed to transfer a file from Corel to Trace to WinPcSign and it seemed to work, so its all good. Can't get my head around using corel as a design tool, I think I will stick to Fireworx for that. An extra step to go fireworx, corel, winpcsign but its what works for me....I think.

Thanks again for the warm welcome
