Guys help please

I have tried cranking up the heat and nothing now am stuck with printing with 3PASS. Other than that the ink behaves like that on the photo

Looks like you're using the wrong profile for the media. Or its contaminated media, but that really looks like a profile problem.

Need more info on:
(1) type of printer
(2) what type of vinyl you are printing on
(3) are you using OEM or bulk inks
(4) what profile are you using and from what RIP

Reminds me of the old VersaCamm ColorRIP when you threw on the "artistic" setting which basically laid on 3-4x more ink than was necessary.
