GX-24 not connect via usb

Please help if anyone else has seen this also. Unable to connect via usb, tried different cords, ports still nothing. I can connect other printer, flashstick etc. And ideas

I believe you might have this problem if you connent the usb cable before installing the driver.

Are you running Windows Vista 64 bit by chance?
