GX- 24 Screen Went Blank

I have a GX-24 that must be 6 or 7 years old. Got a call today from one of our workers at the shop that the screen on the cutter went blank. When they turn it on the head does move like it does when it initializes. Anyone know where I should look when I get back to the office or what parts I may need to order?
