I ran this though trace in corel and came out with a decent graphic. You'd have to do some tweaking. I agree...give the Dr. a call.

It's an everyday occurrence to identify a font but I cannot recall anytime a request to ID the source of a particular clipart image has ended in success. This is due to the millions of images in play. Your best chance is to do a search at Clipart.com and you might get lucky ... but I doubt it. Such a piece of art is highly specialized and would have very little appeal to anyone publishing a collection of clipart. It was most likely produced for someone in the business of hardwood flooring.
