Has anyone having MDO bubble?

Hello, I work for a garage door company in northern California, and I'm trying my hands on sign making (just a jigsaw and router) mainly for friends and family. I can get a lot of MDO cutoffs that are about 24"x48" that I use. The garage doors we make use the MDO as a base layer, the overlay design out of ExTerra. Recently I have been seeing bubbles develop on the MDO on doors we have sitting on racks in our warehouse and on customers' homes. Is it just a poor batch of MDO? We find some bubbles we can fix but they seem to pop up over a little bit of time. I don't want to have to spend time on my signs if it's just going to bubble on me, I have done some research and couldn't find anything retaining to the issue. We use a lot of MDO and have seen it a little more recently.

I have been seeing it either when we get the stack of MDO, or it will be sitting for a min and then a bubble develops. I don't know why but local contractors have been seeing it as well.

Do you use 6MM ACM for 4x8 signs? I find the 3MM isn't rigid enough at that size. 6MM and MDO are pretty much the same price point for me.
