Has anyone used the Clear View film from 3m

I just saw an ad on here for the 3M commercial Scotchcal Clear View Graphic Film IJ8150.
I had a client a couple weeks ago ask about covering his back glass of his truck but he didnt want the stuff with the holes in it. I told him I could have it printed on Clear vinyl but it wouldnt be see thru.

In the 3M pdf it says it works for one way vision without needing the perforated vinyl.

Curious to see if anyone has ever used this stuff before and your thoughts if you have.

You have to leave white areas to be able to have a clear view out... Other than that it has a translucent effect.
