Has anyone wrapped a cement mixer truck?

Hi all, I had a request to wrap the barrel of a cement mixer. Anyone have any tips/tricks/templates before I say yes, then regret it?

Thanks in advance...Jason

Is the barrel made out of flat pieces of steel..if so measure the welds to get diameters and do the math. Lay it out flat, like you would with a piece of paper and lay your graphics out full scale. If it is a newer composite barrel "good luck". I have a template if it is flat rolled steel. That a tough one.

Thanks Mikey. Yes flat rolled steel. If you have a template I could look at that would be awesome. I am going to measure the sections tomorrow and I could adjust your template or at least get an idea of the layout.

I would be sure to ask which cleaners they use on the trucks.
You don't want your hard wok to get eaten right off the truck the first time it's washed.

Good point with the washer mixer, although this is a customer who will paint a truck and have the decals installed the next day...7 months later they are still stuck!
