Need help if anyone know what this error code means.
Have a Epson 80600 with an error message:
code 2012 [SA013G5]
Info1 10084A5A
The machine starts up and loads material fine.
When we run a job to it the code pops up and it seems to have something to do with movement of media but not sure.
Please let us know if you have any ideas or of a good place to call around New Jersey that may have some answers.
