Lately we have been having some issues with Wasatch Soft RIP and the OYO tech styler negative printer. After I rip a .prn file for negative printing in Wasatch, I select print and it keeps disconnecting with the OYO tech styler. The tech styler will make a noise for a few seconds like its going to print an nothing happens. Even when I'm able to get it to print I have to keep rebooting the computer to try to get it to reconnect again.
