Having Trouble Getting Inks For HP35000 or Old Colorspan Hybrid

We have an HP 35500 or old Colorspan flatbed that we use strictly for coroplast signage. 3 Of my suppliers have stopped carrying the inks and they are hard to find on the internet. This system has the chip for each ink so I am not sure how to proceed in using a compatible ink and bypassing the chip. If I can't find ink this printer will become a boat anchor and I really need to keep it running for production sake. Any help would be appreciated on this issue. Thanks
