Having trouble with Verizon email today.

Anyone having trouble with Verizon email today?

I am experiencing repeated log on requests from the Verizon network here at the office. I went home for lunch and tried to send an email and was told to "please try again later".

I tried to e chat with a Verizon tech and experienced "a connection severed"
after a 28 minute wait and one minute "chat".

Can't find a phone number to "chat".

I called and got a recorded message that they hate me and want nothing to do with ....

Opps wrong call.

Called the Verizon number and got a recorded message of an email problem in our area etc. Should be fixed about 5pm.

Lovely.

Yep,
Spoke with tech support early this morning and they said it should be fixed in a couple hours.
Still a problem here around 3pm.
