HDU Sign Wholesaler?

Good morning all. We usually do not touch these but we are being requested to do so by a client we work with closely. We have pics and drawings of this but basically we need a 39" x 28" x 3" HDU sign with eyebolt mounts in the top. Let me know if anyone is interested in helping us with this.
