Head alignment

HELLO ALL.

OK:

ROLAND XC-540--- SOLJET PRO111
TRYING TO GET THE HEADS ALIGNED. I HAVE REPLACED 3 HEADS. DONE ALL OF THE TEST PRINTS AND ALIGNMENT DEALS ON THE PRINTER. BUT THE PRINTS STILL ARE NOT RIGHT.
YOU CAN SEE IN IMAGE. THE LINES AROUND THE IMAGE ARE NOT ALIGNED.

ANY HELP OUT THERE?

I can not make heads or tails from that pic... send a nozzle test print.

When replacing heads, one must do at least the following:

Head Rank (Service Mode Only)
Bias Adjust (Service Mode Only) - Mechanical Adjustment
Vertical Adjust (Service Mode Only) - Mechanical Adjustment
Horizontal Adjust (Service Mode and User Mode)
Bi-Directional Adjust (Service Mode and User Mode)

If these are not done correctly, your alignment will be off.
