Head issue

Noticed my blues were getting bad banding and did not look right.

did a test print and keep getting same issue. did a head cleaning on strong twice. manually cleaned head and also soaked capping station with cleaner.

Any other possible fixes?

My Lm looks the same way but I don't get any banding and has been printing perfectly.
Sometimes when you print something in your case with a lot of blue it will unclog it's self.

Deflection

That is some pretty bad deflection. Get some cleaning solution and a syringe, some flexible tubing. once you have that, pull the damper and push cleaning solution gently through the head.
