head problems

Gday
Just a little problem I got. My Sp 300v got serviced about a month ago, since then have only done one print 4mtrs long, there were no head strikes in the print, I have the power always on so it cleans evry 4hrs or so, but I have gone to print again and now the black is all over the place. I have cleaned (medium and powerful) but to no avail.
any suggestions would be great. I have attached a test print as well.

look up head soaks tutorials on here. that should take care of it.

Clean with swabs and cleaning fluid, use a very soaked swab and "pat" the swab on the head area to "pump" the fluid into the head...this works.
