Has anyone heat pressed beanie hats if you have how did they turn out

can't do it. They need to be embroidered.
Heat pressed vinyl won't last due to the expanding knit material.

Heat applied film will apply to the beanies no problem. I do, however, agree with air art girl on the them not holding up over time due to the stretch of the fabric. MOst beanies are embroidered.

We do have a printable transfer material that has a high stretch and rebound characteristic that would be ideal for anything that stretches. It is our solutions Opaque.
