heater and fixer settings

I am having a heating issue. I am not sure of the settings that should be in the display. Here is what they are. The issue that I am having is banding.
FRONT ST 50 C RT 32 c FIXER ST 70 c RT 31C can someone help.

Can you provide more information, what kind of printer and what are you printing on?

His profile shows a Mutoh Falcon Outdoor Rockhopper 48.
My heaters are mostly set at 50, 50. Some materials I have had to turn them down to 45, 45 ( a good place to start). On heat transfer material I turn them off or very low.
I was told the hotter the better. Some material takes the heat such as Oracle 3621. If the material ripples or buckles then turn it down.

What media?
What type of banding? White, dark, horizontal ?

Please elaborate.
