Heaters will not warm up

I am having some trouble with my printer. The control panle on the falcon outdoor 48" says the heaters are on but they do now warm up once printing starts. Does anybody7 have any ideas on are to look. I have checked both ends of the cable from the control panel and both ends are connected tight. I have also switched out the panel with another printer and still no luck. Does anybody have any ideas on where i should look or is the heaters dead???

I think I remember fuses under the platen on that model, you might check to see if you just have a blown fuse.

by any chance do you know where they would be???

Do you have a service manual for your machine? The only other thing would be to take the platen and heater covers off, then trace the wiring to find the fuse (may be right under the cover).

i keep thinking i am going to buy the service manual, but i will look under the platten ty for your help.
