Sounds like AUTO-FX has some really good advice. Worth checking out. Also, are your cut jobs off by a consistent 1/2 inch everywhere, or just at the beginning or the end? I have had problems with Flexi 8.1 when contour cutting jobs of more than 5 or 6 feet. I always line up each of the two right side registration marks the same distance from the right side pinch roller. Don't give up on it.
