Hello EH!! Newbie From Toronto

Hello,
I'm from Oakville, near Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I'm looking to start a sign business eventually. I have minor experience using a vinyl cutter, but am looking to learn how to use an Epson Stylus 9880 that I purchased. I have limited experience usin FlexiSign, Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS3.
I plan to practise large format printing on old school arcade machines, I'm converting over to MAME(Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) machines. I have two and am helping a friend with one.
Attached is a picture, you can see some of my vinyl cutter work, and what type of printing I'm planning.
