Hello Everyone I'm New to the Sign Game

Work on a Roland SP5401i
Coming from a print ad graphics and a little web design background
and I love how you can print in RGB over cmyk. It's always been cmyk for me.

But one question I always struggle trying to match car paint colors to a roland.
Any hints or advice.

Thats not easy. Hard to match a painted enamel color sprayed on metal with an inkjet printer printing on white vinyl which is then clearcoated. Best you can do is print up sample colors taken from a color chart and match it up against the vehicle outside in the sun. I myself have come close enough that customers like the finished product.
