Hello, I recently inherited a Phoenix 1212 with series 2 controller. It had a very old computer that would no longer run. I brought it in for service, it is unfixable. When I got it back it was missing the dongle from the back. Is this still necessary? I have a new little computer stick that runs windows 10 but not sure what is the best software to get the engraver running. I have inkscape and may be able to get hold of corel draw. Is the controller still necessary or can it run straight from the computer. This machine is only used to make trophies for disc golf tournaments, we are a low budget operation so I am trying not to lay out a lot of cash to get it working. Do you have any thoughts? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Justin
