Hi everyone,
New to the forum and the sign business. I'm looking into getting into the sign industry and have been doing a tonne of research/reading lately.
While researching I've also been looking through my grandfathers old files/photos of his sign business back in the late 60's-80's. "Metro Signs Ltd" in Toronto. He loved working with gold leaf and had a skill set you don't really see around anymore. Was an amazing painter too... I think it's kinda funny how he used to criticize modern sign companies, and now I'm wanting to get into it
Anyways here's a couple photos of some of his work that I found. I'm looking forward to start up my own business soon and reading all the great info on this forum!
