:help
I am a grandma who started an auto customizing shop called Styled Mild with my sons a few years ago. As economy would have it, I ran out of money and had to close. However, the dream is still there to sell auto custom graphics on the internet. Since our business opened, I have been selling a small flame decal kit on ebay and have sold hundreds of them all over the world. I still sell them and have added a few new colors. I am 4 years away from retiring from my full time job and would like to continue to add to my inventory of items. My sons and I have many ideas.
We are experiencing a problem with our enduracut cutters though, and it is holding me back. I am hoping all of your wealth of experience can help me. Recently, our cutters are not cutting a clean cut. It appears when the blade makes a sharp turn or meats back to the beginning of the design, it is not matching up exactly. This leaves little Nubs (my term) that have to be trimmed off, so it is taking me forever to weed my graphics. We have changed blades and adjusted all settings. Trouble shooting with Sign Warehouse, where we bought out cutters, has not proved helpful. My cutter only has less than 20 hrs. of use and my sons thousands of hrs. But we are both experiencing the same problem. It happens with any design we try to cut. Can anyone help?
Thank you for any suggeestions. Linda

replace the cut-strip... if the blade is improprly adjusted you will cut groves in the strip, this will cause exactly what you have described...

Thank you so much. I just inspected the cut strip and it does appear to have a groove in it even though this machine has seen very little use. I will order one and try that solution. I appreciate your post. Linda

Had the exact same problem with out plotter. It has become un aligned. Look in your manual how to align the blade.
