Hi, I am new to all this, I am trying to setup my own business to cut custom artwork for parties. I bought a second hand machine I have almost got it running after a lot of hassle and replacing parts but now I think I need to replace the solenoid on the carriage head as it will not press down enough to cut even at the lowest sped setting and max down-force hope to get there fast.
