Hello from Santa Barbara

Just found the forum. Our main business is custom cars, but I've been doing vinyl for almost 10 years. Started out in 1999 with a Stika 15" cutter in my bedroom and they moved up to a Graphtec 24" CE. Sold that and got out of vinyl for a couple years. Then picked up a cheap $300 24" cutter on ebay to cut decals for a few websites I own. Using that cheap $300 cutter made me miss my Graphtec, so I upgraded to a Vinyl Express Q60. The quality is night and day.

I also have an Epson 1280 with sublimation ink and a Geo Knight DK20S heat press for printing shirts. I dipped into single color screenprinting for a bit, but found it to be too messy for me.

Hope to learn some new tricks here.

hope you are staying out of harms way, with that fire in your area.

It is almost fully contained. Although it did get a little too close for comfort. I live about 7 blocks away from the border of the evacuation order line and my shop was about 12 blocks away. Here's a photo from my driveway last Thursday night.
