Hi and welcome from BC.
What prompted you to set up in west Texas?
Cheers!
Ken

The new owner is the one who decided to move or open a second office in west Texas. Tax breaks from the state, county, and city plus the unemployment rate were also factors in choosing west Texas. We do not make small signs. We manufacture the very large signs such as the sign at the Circus Circus Casino in Las Vegas. Motel and hotel signs. Mall and Civic Center signs and even the Michelin guy, Col. Sanders Chicken Bucket signs and the Big Boy Restaurant sign. We have even made a few golden arches in the past. The majority of out signs need to be installed by using a couple of Case Cranes. We are starting to add other areas to the business such as decals, and wraps. But for the most part our company is no real threat to the regular sign companies.

Thank you but doesn't the Great State of Texas believe in cool or cold days once in a while. It is craaaaaaazzzzzy hot down here. As for luck, that is why god invented penalty clauses in contracts.

I know nothing about no penalty clauses's but after 50 years in Texas I can assure you it gets really HOT here in any season of the year...
