HELP! ASAP! FB700 WIPER MOTOR W-SS-2 ERROR

Please HELP! The wiper motor doesnt seem to be moving at all, I can slide it back and forth but the machine isnt telling it to do anything. I cant get it to recognize so we can load a substrate and print!

We have like three rush jobs due tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas?

I'll send pizza? Beer? I dont care.....
