Help Avery premium vinyl

Has anyone ordered Avery SC900-190-O in the last few days and been told that it is no longer a gloss vinyl, I have ordered 2 days in a row and they keep sending a dull ( not flat black) and much thicker than the piece of 900 I got about a week ago. They said Avery must have changed their gloss coverage ? and that this is the 900 series now
going nuts here, can't put this on a boat without knowing it will last ( definitely won't match their other lettering)

No, but do you have an older roll? I think they put the manufacture date on the label inside. You can compare the dates, and perhaps call around to find one that matches the older roll.

They finally admitted that the wrong stuff was shipped (2x) and new stuff is being sent ASAP today
Just hoping for the the best and that they do send the right stuff

That stinks. I hope you get the right stuff this time, and double check the inside label. We most often purchase 24"x10Yd rolls of the 900 series, and it always has the label. Does your supplier cut it down themselves, perhaps that is why the sent you the wrong product.

they pull it from a 50 yard roll so the core never has a sticker in it, unless it is a full roll or the end of it.
still waiting for the courier, time will tell
