Help deleting the box

I designed in Photoshop and turned background transparent. I then imported psd into Flexi. When it opened logo was surrounded by the box. I made the box transparent in Flexi but could not counter cut the logo. Is there anyway to remove the box in Flexi so that I can counter cut the logo instead of counter cutting the box. Thanks in advance.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Flexi probably interpreted the imported image as being masked into a rectangle. If so, unmask the rectangle and then delete the black rectangle that will be on top of your image.

If the image is a bit map you'll probably have to make the background transparent in Flexi. Flexi doesn't deal with other people's transparencies very well.

I tried to unmask got the black box and deleted But I still had the problem.I am using 30" material and trying to print only logo but with box I have to make logo smaller to accommodated for box.

unmask, un-group, try deleting the box seperatly.

when i import into Illy it does the same thing... i have to RELEASE CLIPPING MASK, then UNGROUP. i forgot what the commands in flexi are for the similar operation. but i'm sure it's the same deal.

Once you removed the mask, your image is still a bitmap coming from PhotoShop. Can you "Make Transparent" once the black box was deleted?
