Help finding wholesale trade companies stretched canvas print

Hello everyone

can everyone share companies they know provide stretched canvas print services (Wholesale only). I know that there are companies like printful, printify.... but these companies play like middle man between the customer and companies who provide wholesale account. I am also aware of companies like 4over,b2sign..... However, 4over pricing is high and b2sign (good but they dont offer alot of sizes).

I found alot of websites that provides sizes of (30x40, 48x36 and 20x30) and it seem like all of them are outsourcing their printing service from one exact same company but I could not find and I am sure they do because they are offering same sizes in kind of low price and they are not manufacturing by themselves. Ive been looking for weeks now but no luck

Please anybody know what that company would be share it here

We looked into this but didn't really see any margin left if our customer was trying to compete with the big players.

Do you have a different market to compete in?

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
So you want to be a middleman but are somehow off-put that most everyone else is a middleman as well? If you want to sell stretched canvas prints, print them and stretch them yourself. There's nothing to it, other than the canvas tends to be pricey.

Thanks everyone for reply.

What I am trying to achieve is that I have website where I sell canvases and I dropship the printing service. I am trying to add other sizes like 48x36, 30x20 and 40x30.

The company I am using now for printing are not offering those sizes and when I was looking I found some websites that are offering those sizes but their prices are high and they don't print and stretch themselves (They use 3rd party when you buy from them). So, my idea is since they only dropship the printing services that means I can find that source too which is most likely to be a wholesale trade only company. So i am not trying to be a middle man but avoid middleman websites and go and deal straight with wholesale companies that is what I am asking here for if someone knows which company or companies offer those sizes at wholesale prices

The most difficult thing I've found with stretched canvas is the shipping cost, safely shipping a 48"x36" 30x20 and 40x30 will cost more than the material and labor cost in the canvas. that's why they cost so much. A 50" x 38" x 4" box is major dimensional weight, I just did a UPS quote and shipping a 50" x 38" x 4" box would cost me close to $100 shipping in state. I don't have the biggest shipping discounts but not retail either.

Yeah, in the last 2 years FedEx and UPS have made it extremely expensive to ship large items like that. They basically don't want that business anymore. Our rates are pretty good and we still pay over $100 in shipping on a 50x38x4 box.

That's totally depends on the volume you are giving them.
I know a company who pays around $30 for size of 50x38x4

No, it totally depends on negotiated rates.

If that's true, that's an incredibly aggressive price. You should be working with them!

Here's FedEx's Basic Fees

You can see the "Oversized Charge" on page 5.

...None of this helps you though. I have not heard of one of our competitors offering such deep discounts on large canvases like that. Maybe someone will chime in with an idea for you though. Good luck!

Depending on your targeted customer, have you ever thought of canvas foam board? You print on it, cut it with an angle cutter and tape it together. It's cheap. It's obviously not true stretched canvas or anything, but it looks good.

I find this incredibly hard to believe. I sell on Amazon and Walmart and just did a quote for that size box as an inbound shipment to FBA and Walmart fulfillment centers, for these inbound shipment we get the "Amazon and Walmart volume" rates as in $3.50 to send in a 10lb box via ups or fed ex. 50x38x4 was quoted at $90.

If Walmart and Amazon aren't getting $30 for that size, no one is
